Couple Sound Immersion
A shared sound experience designed for two people wishing to rest, soften, and arrive in presence together. Ideal for partners, close friends, or family members.
We begin with a brief grounding conversation to understand how you are each arriving and any intentions you'd like to bring into the space. You then settle side-by-side as layers of sound — including solfeggio-tuned crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong resonance, oceanic textures, rainstick, and gentle rhythmic elements — create a soft, spacious field for the nervous system.
This session supports co-regulation — a quiet attunement where two people can breathe, soften, and settle in each other’s presence. Rather than seeking to “work on” anything or achieve an outcome, the space invites organic connection, ease, and gentle awareness without words.
A shared pause.
A moment to remember the peace that exists in simply being together.
