120 minIn a world dominated by diet culture and idealized body images, it can be difficult to feel comfortable in our own skin. In this free workshop, we will explore how our thoughts about our bodies and ourselves can sometimes prevent us from living the kind of life we truly want. Together, we’ll focus on developing a more compassionate, flexible relationship with ourselves and our bodies, while learning to align our daily actions with our core values. Instead of focusing on “fixing” body image, we will work on building a more authentic and fulfilling relationship with ourselves. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this session will guide you through identifying your personal values and exploring meaningful steps toward those values—no matter what negative thoughts or feelings arise.Price not listed
