120 minThis supportive, community-based workshop is designed to help participants turn their intentions for the year into sustainable, values-aligned habits without the pressure of rigid resolutions. Facilitated by counsellors Jess Picco and Lauren Jennings, the session will explore the difference between intentions, goals, and habits, and offer step-by-step guidance for setting realistic goals within real-life contexts. Participants will also have space to connect with community resources and reflect together.
