Medical Clearance: Only book this appointment if your doctor or healthcare provider says massage therapy is safe for you & your baby.
If they say it is safe, you can typically get a massage once a month until 27 weeks, then bi-weekly up to 36 weeks, & weekly until baby is born.
After baby is born, you can transition to Post-Natal Massage Therapy.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
