This small therapy group offers a safe space to understand anxiety, learn practical regulation skills, and experience support from others who understand the struggle.
Anxiety can affect how you think, feel, and move through everyday life.
It can also affect the people around you who want to help but may not know how.
The group focuses on helping participants build awareness of how anxiety shows up in the body, learn ways to calm the nervous system, and develop healthier responses during anxious moments. Support persons who attend will learn how to respond in ways that help rather than unintentionally increase anxiety.
What you will gain from the group:
• Better understanding of how anxiety works in the brain and body
• Practical tools to regulate anxiety when it rises
• Greater awareness of triggers and early warning signs
• Somatic exercises that help calm the nervous system
• Guidance for support persons on how to respond in helpful ways
