60 minThis group is for parents who have experienced pregnancy and/or infant loss; whether it was years ago or more recent, to come together and share about their experiences, their emotions, the challenges, and to take time to speak about their children if they wish. The goal of this group is to allow people to come together from similar experiences of loss and grief to feel heard and supported through all the hardships around pregnancy and infant loss, to find ways to cope with emotions, to discuss challenges that have occurred while navigating relationships, and the hurdles involved with accessing medical care through loss and infertility. This group will also speak to ways we can honour and commemorate our children and to keep their life and memory with us always. This group is facilitated by social worker who also has lived experience with multiple pregnancy losses.
