This group offers a supportive, facilitated space for moms who are pregnant or postpartum (through toddlerhood) to connect and share their joys, challenges, and growth in motherhood. Together, we’ll explore topics like emotions, sleep deprivation, anxiety, identity shifts, relationships, and guilt, creating a safe community to build skills and openly discuss the realities of becoming a parent.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
