This 50-minute in-person counselling session is located at Momentum Health. Our serene space offers a comfortable environment for your therapy journey. During your session, our therapist will guide you through discussions and activities tailored to your needs, ensuring a collaborative and empowering experience. Guests are encouraged to bring any items that help them feel comfortable, whether it's a drink, snack, or journal.
For adults, sessions are tailored to your needs, providing a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Parents seeking play-based therapy for their children can use this option to book individual in person sessions for their child.
Our location offers the convenience of direct billing, an elevator, and complimentary parking Counselling services provided by RSW and RCC’s are typically covered by most insurance providers. We look forward to accompanying you on your path to healing and growth.
