This 50-minute online counselling session is offered virtually through Momentum Health. During your session, our therapist will guide you through discussions and activities tailored to your needs, ensuring a collaborative and empowering experience. Guests are encouraged to bring any items that help them feel comfortable, whether it's a drink, snack, or journal.
For adults, sessions are tailored to your needs, providing a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.
Our location offers the convenience of direct billing, an elevator, and complimentary parking Counselling services provided by RSW and RCC’s are typically covered by most insurance providers. We look forward to accompanying you on your path to healing and growth.
