Tele-Rehabilitative services (Virtual Care): Our physiotherapists can provide virtual care from across Canada to residents of Ontario
Direct Billing: We offer direct billing with select insurance providers in our region. Please check your extended health benefits before booking and include this information on your intake form.
We require a payment on file (credit card or Visa debit) or an e-transfer (on hold) before your first full session. That time is reserved for you.
We require 24 hours to cancel your session without charge to have sufficient time to fill your space.
If you have an appointment outside normal hours, your clinician will meet you at the front door just before the scheduled time of your appointment.
