Rani Bharti is a dedicated physiotherapist committed to helping clients restore movement, reduce pain, and achieve long-term physical well-being. She graduated from Queen’s University with a degree in Physiotherapy and also holds a degree in Biology from McMaster University.
Rani began her career over 20 years ago working in a variety of multidisciplinary clinics across the Greater Toronto Area. In 2011, she began practicing in Cornwall, providing individualized, evidence-based care to her community.
She has completed extensive postgraduate training, including Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, McKenzie Technique, Mulligan Techniques, and Concussion Rehabilitation. Through lifelong learning and ongoing training, Rani ensures her clients receive care that truly supports their goals.
Away from work, Rani enjoys travelling, staying active through workouts and yoga, and making meaningful memories with her family, including a recent trip to Japan.

Pelvic Floor and Core Restore is a class led by our very own physiotherapist, Audrey! The Bonus: No babysitter needed. Bring your babe to class! Receive a discount when you register for more than one series. Classes are limited to 10 participants. Register now to reserve your spot! This pelvic floor physiotherapist-led class focuses on connecting the breath, pelvic floor and deep core to optimise strength and function. This class is rooted in pilates-based training and designed to be low impact. Exercises will be performed on a yoga mat with your baby, using bodyweight, resistance bands and swiss balls. Within these one-hour Mom & Me sessions, you can expect 50 minutes of mindful movement, followed by 10 minutes of downtime to mingle with other moms, or for any questions you may have for Audrey.
