Couples Counselling Extended Session .
Choose this type of appointment once you have completed the Initial Couples Session. Please book the appointment under the primary patient's name who will be billed for the session. This appointment will occur in our office and is for couples therapy. This is an extended 80-minute session, providing a longer appointment time. Book this appointment for extra time to allow deeper exploration of issues amongst individuals in attendance, and a more relaxed pace.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
