Choose this type of appointment once you have completed the Initial Group Session. This is an extended 80-minute session, providing a longer appointment time. This appointment will occur in our office and is for group therapy.

What it is
Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
