Choose this type of appointment once you have completed the Initial Group Session. Please book the appointment under the primary patient's name who will be billed for the session. This appointment will occur in our office and is for group therapy. A 50-minute session allows enough time to explore some thoughts, feelings, and concerns amongst all individuals in attendance.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
