ICBC Assessment & Report

One-on-one session with a counselor to address issues arising from your MVA and injuries. The first appointment will help you get to know each other and to set up some goals and a treatment plan. Our counselors are trained in a variety of therapeutic models and will work with you as you share your story. They work at your pace and check in often during sessions to discover best what works for you. Our counselors are trained to work with individuals ages 12 and up. There is no patient fee for this appointment.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
