Come relax in a cozy recliner chair in a shared community space. There will be 2 chairs in the room, so prepare yourself to unwind and heal in a group setting. Expect a brief intake, pulse and tongue diagnosis followed by a relaxing acupuncture nap. For a more in-depth private treatment or if a back treatment is required, book in for an Initial or Follow-Up Acupuncture Treatment.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
