We begin by exploring what's happening in your life, identifying what you'd like to work on, and setting an intention for your session. From there, I intuitively combine psychology, coaching, nervous system regulation, Reiki, and psychic guidance to help you uncover the root of what's holding you back.
Depending on what you need most, your session may include Reiki energy healing, chakra healing, emotional release, cord cutting, inner child healing, Akashic Record insights, past-life exploration, or messages from loved ones who have passed.
Every session is unique, leaving you with greater clarity, practical next steps, and a deeper trust in yourself.
