This session is designed to help your mind, body and nervous system shift into a state where healing can naturally occur. We begin by setting an intention for what you would like to work on during our session. I use a combination of gentle hands on Reiki and work with the energy field. As an intuitive, I may receive insights that I share if they support the healing. This could be messages from loved ones who have passed, past life insights, or from your guides. Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, emotionally clearer and deeply relaxed.
