The Initial Intake is required for all NEW clients. Together, in this 60-minute visit, we address your medical history, symptomatology, health concerns and goals, as well as assess current diet and lifestyle habits to determine any areas that might require guidance, education and support. Any laboratory testing can be requisitioned at this appointment (the cost of testing is additional).
** We cannot direct bill for this service, you will need to manually submit with your Extended Health Provider. This service cannot be billed under dietician.
