Heated Bamboo massage is an unusual type of holistic treatment. various sizes of bamboo sticks are heated and with pressure glide over the body, this is a deep treatment only used on the larger muscles, back, legs arms and feet. No head and face
This treatment alleviates muscle tension, pain and ache; improves joint function; and above all relaxes but energises at the same time.
** please note this treatment needs to be booked ahead of time it takes an hour for the Bamboo to heat up, also it can not be booked in the first shift spot**
