This 90 minute relaxation focused treatment starts with a 45 minute massage to the back, neck, shoulders and scalp, followed by 45 minutes of foot reflexology. The goal of this treatment is to achieve deep relaxation and full body recalibration. Slow, flowing massage techniques are used alongside reflexes in the feet to help reduce stress through nervous system regulation.
