Appointment for treatment of TMJ using Botox®. Botox® for TMJ is injected into the jaw muscles, forehead, and temple depending on your symptoms. The injections will cause the jaw muscles to have a limited function which can bring pain relief and decrease TMJ symptoms. ND will prescribe Botox® and administer during appointment. Patient will purchase per unit Botox® in clinic. Cost per unit $11.00
