** Please note the cost of the Food Sensitivity Tests range in price point dependent on what type of panel, the number of allergens being tested, and which lab the test is through. We generally work with US Biotek, however, can also work with Meridian Valley Labs. The general price range can range between $350.00-$600.00 and the test best suited for you can be selected at the time of your appointment.
We are unable to submit this expense directly to your extended benefit plan, it would be paid privately and you may submit to your extended plan for any coverage they may provide.
