Returning Patients If you have not seen your therapist in the past 6 months, please book a re-evaluation appointment so that your therapist can perform a mandatory re-evaluation!

Indoor Shoe Policy : In order to maintain a clean environment for all staff and patients, please remove your outdoor shoes upon arrival. Sanitized slides are provided or you may walk into your appointment in socks. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy: PRT requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a charge of 50% of the value of the appointment for the first offense and 100% of the value of the appointment for further offenses.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session will end at its originally scheduled time so we can stay on track for all patients. You will be charged the full session rate regardless of arrival time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late cancellation fee may apply.
