*If your injury is a result of a motor vehicle accident or work related injury, you will need to book an MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) Assessment or a WCB Assessment.
*If you are booking at our Northgate or Fort Saskatchewan clinics and your injury is a result of a surgery or fracture, please call the clinic directly to book.
