Orthopedic Prenatal/Postpartum Assessment

*It is VERY IMPORTANT that at the time you book an assessment, you also book at least 2 follow-up appointments 1 to 2 weeks apart, if possible, as our therapists are booking up fully several weeks in advance. This will help ensure you receive timely follow-up and can get an appointment at a time that is convenient for you.* Our team is here to support you throughout your pregnancy, as well as in your postpartum period. We recommend booking your Orthopedic Prenatal Assessment in the second trimester, and your Postpartum Assessment 6 to 8 weeks after birth (can book earlier if you have recovery concerns). Virtual option available. **Please note that Orthopedic Prenatal Assessment does not include an internal pelvic exam**
