Online Substance Use Support Open Group
This is an "open group", offering rolling intakes and flexible attendance; you can start at any time and do not have to attend every week. Participants must be 18+ and residing in Ontario. All genders and all stages of recovery are welcome to attend, however participants must not be under the influence during the group sessions.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
