90 minThis session starts with a one on one conversation about your intentions and areas of focus in your life that bring you to wanting to dive deeper into your breath. You will lie down, all cozy on a comfortable mat, and I will guide and facilitate you through Conscious Connected breath for about 45 min - 1 hr. During this breathwork session, you will receive hands on massage if desired, sound healing, and energy clearing practices. We will end the session with another check in, and any intuitive guidance that comes through in the session for you. Please allow for a full 90 minutes total for proper integration before and after your breath.
