HypnoBirthing is a 5 week program, where we not only take into consideration all aspects of the pregnancy and birth (physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual) but also give your partner/birth companion a very special place during the process. We help them get all the tools they need to better support you and feel confident while doing it. HypnoBirthing is not about the outcome, but about the whole process and how you feel during it. This class is offered by Mercedes & Jessica.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
