The Deep Shift is a 5-session 1:1 EFT package for those who are ready to move beyond surface-level relief and into deeper emotional and nervous system regulation.
Across five sessions, we’ll gently uncover and release long-held emotional patterns, beliefs, and stress responses that may be shaping how you feel, think, and show up in your life. With time and consistency, your system learns safety, resilience, and ease — allowing calm to become your new baseline.
This package offers the space to go deeper, integrate change, and experience meaningful emotional freedom.

1 × 30-minute Discovery Call (The first call will be 30 mins).
5 × 60-minute 1:1 EFT sessions.
Ongoing, personalized support throughout your journey.
