This standard 45 minute assessment is appropriate for most hand and upper extremity conditions. If you are post-operative or have multiple concerns please book an extended 60 minute assessment.
We do not direct bill thus please take note whether you are booking with a Physiotherapist or an Occupational Therapist if you wish to submit to your insurance.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
