In our initial consultation session we'll identify goals that are personalized to your health & wellbeing needs, and develop a roadmap of holistic practices/resources that you can use at home. Based on your individual needs, we may explore talking therapies, body-based practices, mental health techniques, breathwork, meditation, emotional regulation tools, self-enquiry exercises, and relaxation methods.
