To be booked around 32-35 weeks. This appointment is tailored to your individual needs. We will review evidence based information for labour and birth including: pain management, comfort measures, partner support, advocacy, positioning, breathing and push techniques. It will also include information on and demonstration of perineal massage, as well as early postpartum tips. Your partner is encouraged to join you for this appointment.
