First Trimester Support Package - 8 Weeks

This package is the length of the first trimester. I will see you initially for one hour in person, and the rest will be continuous text support. This can be support for one or both partners, support in early pregnancy, help with anxiety/concerns, help choosing an Obstetrician or Midwife, explain tests to be done in the first trimester. *Includes unlimited text support for the first trimester.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
