Counselling Session - Student Social Worker (Reduced Rate)
A 1 Hour Counselling session with our student Social Worker to discuss anything that is going on in your life and help support your emotional and mental well being. We can help with: overall mental health, anxiety, depression, Pre-Natal and Postpartum depression and anxiety, parenting support and coaching, life transitions/adjustment, trauma, mindfulness, overwhelm, and more. Sessions are billed at a reduced rate and are not eligible for insurance coverage.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
