Yoga for Teens
Our teen drop-in class is a place for building community, developing body awareness and self-esteem in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Understanding how to balance school, jobs, extracurriculars, relationships and family-life can be overwhelming. Sometimes we get lost in the mix and find ourselves struggling to take proper care of our needs. Yoga is a great place to begin understanding the body and its messages, cope with stress and anxiety, and build a compassionate relationship with yourself. This is a 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusive space that encourages accessible yoga for all bodies and experience levels.
