Couples Counselling interventions focus on strengthening relationship functioning and connection through communication skills, conflict resolution, emotional insight, and mindfulness-based approaches.
This assessment is about 50 minutes in duration and consists of direct observation, discussion regarding the identified concerns, recommendations from the assessment, and treatment planning, if needed.
No report or written summary will be provided. However, if written recommendations are requested instead of verbal, a Summary Report can be added. Please contact us for further details.
