the body’s natural healing abilities! Together they can boost the immune system, quiet the mind,
calm the nervous system, lessen chronic pain and inflammation and assist with better sleep
which then allows the mind and body to heal from periods of intense or chronic stress and
illness. Healing crystals are used during this session to assist with balancing and harmonizing
the whole system.
