This visit is ONLY for existing clients to follow-up about their progress and receive an update to their plan, as well as review any results from laboratory testing. If it’s been more than a year since the last meeting, clients must book an intake assessment. Like the initial assessment, this appointment also includes a follow-up appointment to go over the next set of recommendations in detail.
