Paediatric Nutrition Assessment
The Initial Intake is required for all NEW paediatric clients (under the age 16). All paediatric clients require the parent/guardian to be part of the consultation, ideally the person who helps prepare the meals. Together, in this one-hour visit, we address your child’s medical history, symptomatology, health concerns and goals, as well as assess current diet and lifestyle habits to determine any areas that might require guidance, education and support. Any laboratory testing can be requisitioned at this appointment (the cost of testing is additional). Following this appointment, there will be a follow-up appointment (included in this fee) to go over the recommendations in detail.
