Senior Physiotherapist Assessment
During this one-hour appointment your physiotherapist will take a comprehensive medical history and conduct a detailed physical assessment. If you are consulting our clinic for pelvic physiotherapy or Diastasis Recti, an internal pelvic examination will be conducted to determine the current state of the pelvic floor muscles, pelvic girdle joints and pinpoint the cause of your symptoms.
Based on the results of your assessment, your therapist will create a personalized treatment plan including a home exercise program.
