Alicia has a special interest in clinical Pilates and movement-based rehabilitation, using Pilates principles to improve strength, mobility, control, and body awareness. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, returning to activity, or working toward a personal fitness goal, Alicia takes a thoughtful and encouraging approach to care.
She believes in creating treatment plans that are practical, personalized, and empowering, helping each patient build the tools they need to move better and feel better in their daily life.
Outside of the clinic, Alicia enjoys discovering new cafés, staying active through the gym and Pilates, and planning her next travel adventure.

A comprehensive assessment focused on the muscles and connective tissues that support the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. This visit includes a detailed health history, assessment of pelvic floor function, core strength, breathing patterns, posture, and movement mechanics. With informed consent, an internal exam may be performed if clinically appropriate. This is always optional and discussed beforehand. You will leave with a clear diagnosis, education, and a personalized treatment plan to begin your recovery with confidence.

Exercises may be performed on specialized Pilates equipment or on the mat depending on your treatment plan. Each session is designed to help you build strength safely while improving posture, control, and overall function. What to wear: Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for movement. Grip socks are required.

Your physiotherapist will guide you through a series of exercises designed to reinforce proper movement patterns, support injury recovery, and improve overall physical function. The additional time allows for more in depth exercise progression and technique refinement. What to wear: Please wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for movement. Grip socks are required.

Using clinical Pilates principles and specialized equipment, we will identify muscle imbalances, mobility limitations, and areas that would benefit from strengthening or stabilization. Based on this assessment, your physiotherapist will guide you through targeted exercises designed to improve core strength, alignment, and movement control. This session allows us to create a personalized Rehab Pilates plan tailored to your goals, whether you are recovering from an injury, managing pain, or working to improve overall movement and stability. What to wear: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely such as athletic wear or fitted workout clothing. Grip socks are recommended but not required.
