This biweekly women's group designed to help reduce stress and anxiety using evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Connect with a supportive group of women while learning practical skills grounded in mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based living. Sessions will occur on Wednesdays at 6:30pm on the following dates: September 9, September 23, October 7, and October 21st. As this is a cohort based group, the $150 fee covers all 4 sessions. Attendance in all 4 sessions is highly encouraged.
