Her practice is grounded in the belief that our struggles often originate from adaptive strategies developed to cope with past experiences. Andrea offers a collaborative and compassionate space where clients can reflect, heal, and move forward with clarity and self-compassion.

She integrates narrative and strengths-based approaches, drawing primarily from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapy. Andrea’s work is guided by a commitment to helping clients create meaningful change and reconnect with what matters most.
She has a particular interest in supporting individuals through grief and loss, burnout, caregiver fatigue, and health-related transitions. Andrea is also committed to neurodiversity-affirming care, with extensive experience working with individuals with ADHD—supporting challenges related to executive function, emotional regulation, and self-esteem, while also exploring strengths and identity.
Andrea’s approach is client-centered, honoring each person’s unique lived experience and fostering a respectful, supportive environment for growth and healing.
