Brittney graduated from Western University with an Honour’s degree in Kinesiology in 2019. She then completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2021. Since then, Brittney has worked as an orthopaedic and pelvic floor physiotherapist in private practice clinics in Toronto, Kingston and now Ottawa. She has completed post graduate training in dry needling and pelvic floor physiotherapy and has developed her skills in manual therapy and exercise prescription.
Brittney first took an interest in pelvic health physiotherapy after she discovered a deep connection exists between the pelvic floor and common orthopaedic issues that she saw in the clinic.
Brittney takes a patient centred approach to treatment, and will work with you to set your goals to return you to your full movement and activity potential. She has experience treating a wide variety of injuries, and has a special interest in treating patients with sports injuries, chronic pain, pelvic pain conditions and providing prenatal and postnatal care.
Outside of work, Brittney’s hobbies include playing any type of sport, but specifically basketball, beach volleyball, ultimate, and tennis. She also enjoys biking, strength training, hiking, yoga, camping, boating and playing board games with friends and family.
