Held & Herd: The Release Method
Held & Herd: The Release Method · 120 min

A different kind of experience— where the body is given space to slow down, and respond in its own time. Equi-Soul and Fascial Connections have come together to create a private, two-hour experience that brings together equine-assisted learning and myofascial release—held within a quiet, grounded, and supportive environment. Over time, the body adapts to stress, to pace, to life as it unfolds—often holding more than we realize. Not to fix. Not to force change. But to allow the body and nervous system to shift in a way that feels safe and sustainable. What to Expect Each private session is approximately 2 hours and includes a full Equine-Assisted Learning session with Equi-Soul, along with a full myofascial release session with Fascial Connections. The experience moves between these two approaches, allowing space for the body and nervous system to respond, settle, and shift in their own time. Along the way, there may be opportunities for: – Grounding and awareness – Breath and quiet presence – Guided interaction with the horses – Reflection and emotional awareness – Time to rest and integrate Snacks and refreshments are available throughout, offering space to pause and settle between sessions. Through guided interaction with the horses, many people begin to notice how their body and nervous system respond—often experiencing a greater sense of awareness, connection, and regulation. Myofascial Release offers a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body in releasing areas of tension and restriction, allowing space for improved movement, breath, and overall ease. No horse experience is required. All interactions take place on the ground, with guidance and support throughout. Advance booking required. Limited availability. Please note: This experience includes a focused myofascial session for those who have already completed an initial visit at Fascial Connections. If you’re new to the clinic, we’re happy to support you in getting started beforehand.

Initial Integrative Bodywork Treatment · 75 minNew patient

An Initial Integrative Bodywork Session with Victoria Birch is a personalized experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and overall balance within the body. The initial appointment includes additional time for a more in-depth conversation about your health history, current concerns, lifestyle factors, stress patterns, and wellness goals. This allows Victoria to better understand your unique experience and create a session tailored to your individual needs. Using a blend of gentle, supportive hands-on techniques, Victoria may incorporate myofascial-based bodywork, Tui Na, acupressure, Reiki, and nervous system support practices to help the body unwind patterns of tension, stress, and overwhelm. Depending on the individual, sessions may also incorporate grounding practices, breath awareness, and vagus nerve support techniques intended to encourage greater regulation, relaxation, and body awareness. Every client has different needs, and Victoria tailors each session to the individual, supporting a personalized and restorative experience. Victoria’s approach is intuitive, compassionate, and client-centered, creating space for the body and nervous system to slow down, reconnect, and move toward greater ease and resilience. TREATMENT - LORI
NEW PATIENT INITIAL TREATMENT - LORI · 120 minNew patient

We understand that developing a relationship with your therapist is an important part of care. As Lori will be completing her time at Fascial Connections at the end of June, we encourage patients seeking ongoing support to begin with another member of our team to support continuity. If you do choose to begin your care with Lori, she looks forward to supporting you during your time together. I am really looking forward to working with you. I want to take the time to truly understand what is happening in your body and why you have been referred to see me here at Fascial Connections. Your story matters, and so does the timing of why you are choosing Myofascial Release Therapy — and why you are choosing us — at this point in your journey. Your initial session is two hours long. At Fascial Connections, we have intentionally let go of short, time-restricted appointments. This extended session allows us to slow down, listen carefully, and thoughtfully assess what may be contributing to your pain or restriction. Together, we will explore not only where you are feeling discomfort, but also why it may be present. This time creates space for detailed intake, hands-on Myofascial Release, and the beginning of meaningful, lasting change. I would love to support you in uncovering the root of your pain, restoring balance within your body, and helping you move toward a more comfortable, pain-free life. Looking forward to meeting you, Lori :)

(For Patients Currently in Care) This appointment is for patients who are actively working within an established treatment plan. If you are new to the clinic, please begin with an Initial Assessment & Treatment so we can take the time to understand your history and create a thoughtful plan together. This 60-minute session is intended as a continuation of care with your provider. These visits allow us to return to the work already in progress — building on prior changes, responding to how your system has adapted, and continuing to support the treatment plan that has been established. Ongoing sessions create space for the body to settle into change at its own pace. They allow us to stay in conversation with your system as it reorganizes, while providing the steady input the fascial and nervous systems require for meaningful integration.

PEDIATRIC Initial Visit · 60 minNew patient

I am really looking forward to working with you and your little one. Little ones come into this world learning how to do all the things — lifting their head, rolling, crawling, walking, feeding, regulating. That is a big job for a small body. Sometimes, especially when fascial restrictions or distortions are present, these early transitions can feel harder than they need to. We are here to help. Your child’s initial session at Fascial Connections is one hour in length and includes both assessment and treatment, along with any home care guidance needed to support you between visits. I want to take the time to truly understand what is happening in your child’s body and why they have been referred to see me at this point in their development. Their story matters. The timing matters. And your concerns matter. At Fascial Connections, we intentionally allow enough time to slow down, observe carefully, and listen — both to you and to your child’s system. This creates space for thoughtful assessment, gentle hands-on Myofascial Release, and meaningful support that respects their nervous system and developing body. Together, we will explore not only what may be presenting outwardly, but why it may be happening — always working at a pace your little one can tolerate and integrate. I look forward to meeting you both and beginning this work together. Warmly, t :)
