Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, Eva has many years of training in both artistic and athletic swimming. Eva continues to coach speed swimming and instructs private swimming lessons.
Eva has a large interest in the performing arts and has pursued advanced vocal training nationally, including at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto and NUOVA Vocal Arts in Edmonton. She has completed a Bachelor of Music Degree majoring in Performance from the University of Manitoba. This diverse background has equipped her with a unique blend of experiences in both the artistic and athletic spheres.
In her spare time, Eva enjoys running, swimming, and singing at local events, reflecting her interest in advocating for a active and creative lifestyle.
Eva completed her Master of Physical Therapy through the University of Saskatchewan. She currently has a special interest in working in Athletic Rehabilitation and Para Sport Training.
She looks forward to working with the Empower Physiotherapy team and sharing her passion for athletics and performance within the community of Regina.

Air Relax Recovery Sessions provide a controlled air pressure system of dynamic compression to the lower limbs, the core/trunk OR the upper limbs. A modality to assist with decreasing soreness and fatigue in muscle and assisting in recovery for all populations.
Artistic Athlete Extended Follow Up Appointments can be booked after completion of your Initial Appointment Session. Specific treatment for Dancers, Acrobats, Cheerleaders, and/or Performing Artists will be provided for up to 45 minutes of time. Open to Dancers, Performing Artists, Gymnasts, Cheerleaders, and Athletes for Injury Prevention Screening Testing and Evaluation. Includes review of screening results, recommendations, and exercises specific to the results. Assessment focused on activity specific testing and injury prevention education up to 70 minutes in length using specialized testing and equipment.
For Returning Clients Only: please book this option if it you have a new injury or body concern needing addressed or if is has been less than 12 months since your last visit to the clinic. If it has been 1 year or more since you have attended our facility, we still require booking the Initial Assessment option to assist with an accurate diagnosis and treatment session. Special Feature Group Appointment: These appointments are offered on Pop Up Saturdays and are not regularly scheduled. Conducted in a time frame when the clinic is less busy, quiet and more relaxing. Each client has their own room to enjoy the session in solitude while the physiotherapist attends to multiple acupuncture appointments in adjacent treatment rooms. A great way to get acupuncture-based treatment by a Physiotherapist in a more relaxed environment from our usual busy clinic days! Please note: This is a specific acupuncture ONLY treatment addressing your injury or condition will be provided and the physiotherapist. Should you want physiotherapy treatment differing from acupuncture, the Standard Follow Up or Extended Follow Up Appointment is required. Following a referral from a Physiotherapist, Kinesiology services will be added to assist in your rehabilitation and health goals. This appointment is conducted by a licensed Kinesiologist for extra guidance and supervision of exercise programming. We will review your current exercises, progress them safely, and make adjustments to match your abilities. The goal is to build confidence in exercising independently while supporting ongoing recovery and injury prevention while working closely with your current Physiotherapist on staff.
For Returning Clients Only: please book this option if it you have a body concern needing to be re-assessed or if it has been LESS than 12 months since your last visit with this selected practitioner.
