HypnoBirthing is a 5 week program, where we not only take into consideration all aspects of the pregnancy and birth (physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual) but also give your partner/birth companion a very special place during the process. We help them get all the tools they need to better support you and feel confident while doing it. HypnoBirthing is not about the outcome, but about the whole process and how you feel during it. This class is offered by Mercedes & Jessica.
This session is exclusive to clients that have already taken the HypnoBirthing full program with a previous pregnancy and would like to have a refresher for a current pregnancy. This session is offered only by Mercedes & Jessica.
This postpartum class teaches simple, effective mindfulness and self-hypnosis techniques to support emotional well-being after birth. Learn how to ease stress, improve rest, and build confidence as a new parent. These tools help you feel more grounded, connected, and present in early motherhood.
If you are looking to process or heal any part of your birthing experience, this session is for you!
Are you concerned about the birthing process? This session will help you feel lighter and empowered as your birthing time comes closer.
4-week in-person therapeutic group for overwhelmed moms of young children. If you’ve been feeling constantly overstimulated, emotionally overloaded, or like you’re running on empty most days, you are not alone. This 4-week in-person group is designed for moms who feel like everything is “too much” right now. Too much noise, too many demands, too many decisions, too little space to breathe. This is not about becoming a “better” or more patient mom. It’s about creating a place where your nervous system can finally settle enough to feel like yourself again.
