Layna Aschenmeier née Tourangeau is a Cree/Michif Iskew (Womxn) from Treaty 8. Their pronouns are: she/her/they. She is an Indigenous Mental Health Therapist with a Master of Social Work degree (MSW, RSW) with twenty-five years of experience working in her field. She strives to support folks to move towards increased balance and wholistic wellness in their lives and to obtain miyo-pimatisiwin - live the "good life." They have extensive training in body-based, somatic modalities, with a trauma-focused specialty.

A guided one on one personalized session to help you connect with yourself in this present moment. We'll work with the breath, the senses, and take some time to explore what's present in the body. Come be enveloped in a loving, safe(r) space and explore what it's like to just be with yourself.
60 minute session includes a follow up check in done via phone/email or zoom approximately 2 weeks later.

Spirit-guided, soul-level healing sessions that utilize Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) and intuitive channeling to access subconscious, ancestral, and past-life influences. These sessions support the clearing of emotional imprints and energetic misalignments, allowing healing to unfold gently across multiple layers while bringing clarity, alignment, and deeper self-understanding.
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a gentle touch and movement based practice used within a therapeutic context, and can help regulate the nervous system and promote physical and emotional safety. Please note that while appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes, the actual session length may vary between 60 and 90 minutes based on individual needs.
This is an online connection call to see if we are a good fit to work together on this journey. A journey to meet your womb and call back the power, wisdom and voice that has been held within. Through the sessions, you’ll uncover and release stored trauma, ancestral and soul-layer imprints, and reconnect to your body with gentle rituals and embodied practices. The result: a womb that flows with clarity and peace, a voice that speaks your truth, a creative and life force awakened, ready for fertility, birth, creation or simply living in full embodiment. This is for you if you’ve felt disconnected from your body or feminine power, are ready to heal deeply, and long to reclaim your sovereignty, voice and vitality in this lifetime and across timelines. This offering is available as a 4- or 6-session journey, with each session intentionally spaced 2–3 weeks apart to support deep integration. You’ll receive gentle practices to explore between sessions, plus email support throughout our time together. Each session is 1 1/2 hours.
