AjouterHi everyone! My name is Madison (Maddie) Ruffo and I am a registered physiotherapist. I
graduated from Queen’s University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. I also
completed my undergraduate degree at Queen’s University where I graduated with a Bachelor
of Science with a specialization in Kinesiology as well as a certificate in disability and physical
activity.
As someone who was born and raised in the city of Cornwall, I am super excited to give back to

physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
I have always had a passion for women’s health and fitness. I obtained my Level 1: The Physical Therapy Approach For Anyone Experiencing Urinary Incontinence certification in order to assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunctions. I have also obtained my Level 2: The Role of Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Anyone Experiencing Pelvic Pain Through a Trauma Informed Lens certification in order to assess and treat pelvic pain conditions.
When I am not helping people feel their best and get back to doing the activities that they love,
you can find me outdoors trying new sports or activities, spending quality time with family and
friends, trying new homecooked meals, and continuing my education to better support my
clients!

Pelvic Floor and Core Restore is a class led by our very own physiotherapist, Audrey! The Bonus: No babysitter needed. Bring your babe to class! Receive a discount when you register for more than one series. Classes are limited to 10 participants. Register now to reserve your spot! This pelvic floor physiotherapist-led class focuses on connecting the breath, pelvic floor and deep core to optimise strength and function. This class is rooted in pilates-based training and designed to be low impact. Exercises will be performed on a yoga mat with your baby, using bodyweight, resistance bands and swiss balls. Within these one-hour Mom & Me sessions, you can expect 50 minutes of mindful movement, followed by 10 minutes of downtime to mingle with other moms, or for any questions you may have for Audrey. Bring your little and your yoga mat! Date and Time: Thursdays 10-11:00 am
